Section macro unavailable in cloud version

I have used the Page Layout for a Confluence page, however I require more flexibility and therefore want to use the Section macro.  However, when I search for this in my available macros, it doesn't seem to be available.  Is this a premium macro?  If this isn't available in Standard, is there a way to frame the Page Layout frames?

Yes, the new editor does not do sections any more, so it doesn't offer the macro.  

You can get some of the functionality from the "layout" function, but the sections are no more.
