Search for Page Version in time span (dd.mm.yyyy to dd.mm.yyyy)

Alexander Planitzer May 16, 2018

Hy,

I can seem to find a solution to my problem regarding the search function:

I want to be able to search for pages which have been "active" (so to speak) in a certain time frame (e.g. May 3rd - May 5th of 2018).

Confluence only allows me to search for content that has been modified in a time frame of my selection and will not display prior versions of a document.

For example:

DocumentA has 3 versions, one of which was created in the time frame May 3rd - May 5th

DocumentB has 2 versions, two of which were created in the time frame

May 3rd - May 5th

Now, I want to search for documents which were "active" between May 3rd - May 5th and want to see something like:

DocumentA v2

DocumentB v1

DocumentB v2

Is there any way to achieve this?

Hi Nina,

I've never heard of such a searching functionality. There's a feature request for this:

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-1281

But the request is open for 14 years now, I doubt, that this will be implemented in the near future.
