Search box is missing from top menu

Hi all,

We have a confluence server instance of version 7.4.17.

Suddenly the global search box from the top right area is missing. We didn't upgrade recently or apply any changes. I am suspecting that maybe a browser upgrade affected this.

Are you aware of an issue like this?

In the end after couple of service restarts the search box is back. Not sure what caused the issue.
