Hello,
I'm trying to use Confluence Labels to build up a company standard for document review dates, and I'm open for suggestion of how to better do this in Confluence. The current proposal is that any documents that require future review get two labels, department and review-yyyy-mm.
Therefore the department who own the document can search for their name and hopefully the review date to see if there are any documents that need review.
However the label search box seems to be OR and I couldn't find a way to make it AND.
Any method to make the search box an AND or better suggestions on how to use Confluence for policy/procedure document control and allow internal audits/follow up.
You can use Content by Label macro.
On the first search criteria, give the document specific label.
You then 'Add a filter' and add the date label, whatever format it is in. This second filter acts as AND with the first filter.
Once you're done with the review, remove the date label or rename it.
I hope that helps.
Thanks,
Kris
Brilliant thanks Kris.
That or the Label List get me what I wanted. Thanks again.
Thanks Kris. That and the Label List Macro are two good options and get me what I need.
