Hi,

I am facing problem with scroll button. When I set scroll button to "Word export" everything is working fine.

But when I set it to "PDF export" nothing is happening.

I have set template for my space and edited space with scroll macros to achive nice export.

Have anyone faced similar problem? I do not want to rework it with clasic PDF export implemented in Confluence.

anyway thanks for replies :)

Which version of Scroll PDF Exporter are you running? The process of inserting the button differs between 4.x and 3.x.

I think I have the 3.x version I will try to describe the proces of inserting button.  I dont know where I can search for Scroll version info. But from the documentation I can say it isnt the newest one.

I add the "Scroll export button"
Then I click on edit
then I can see "Add on* " option
I choose one of the "Scroll Word exporter" or "Scroll PDF exporter"

I have selected ID of template. When I choose the Word option everything is fine. PDF option is not working. no errors nor reports of what is wrong.

If you have the 3.x PDF Exporter, I do not think it is compatible with the button macro. There are separate instructions for an 3.x PDF exporter:

https://help.k15t.com/legacy/scroll-pdf-exporter/how-can-i-insert-a-export-button-to-a-page-82511645.html

The incompatibility makes sense as they change PDF engine, and the entire flow for the exporter when they moved to 4.x
