When exporting to word using scroll office, if the confluence text does not include a heading 1, the export creates it anyway, converting all the heading 2's to 1. I have turned the flag for "Merge single, first heading and page title" on ond off, this hasn't made a difference. Is there anything else I can do to stop this happening? Confluence 5.4.4 and Scroll Office 3.0.10
Hi Deborah,
all our Scroll Exporters use a special algorithm to ensure a proper hierarchy troughout the document (see https://www.k15t.com/display/ofce/How+Scroll+Handles+Headings).
We already have a feature request in our JIRA system to turn off this algorithm in some cases: https://k15t.jira.com/browse/EXP-428

If you want me to have a deeper look at your problem, please feel free to send me a XML export of an affected page and the Word template you are using to support@k15t.com.
I'll then come back to you as soon as possible.
Cheers,
Nils
Thank you Nils - that helped
