We got an urgent issue. More and more people cannot log into our paid Atlassian tools anymore, including admins. Interestingly some users can still log in while others cannot anymore. We use SSO for one domain (and we got also users in this domain) and it might be related to an expired Atlassian or Microsoft Entra certificate. Not sure if it is really the case and we cannot look it up as we cannot reach the admin console.
Is there any way to contact Atlassian for this? We cannot open support tickets as we would also need to log in for this where we get the same error message. And by phone nobody is reachable.
The message says (translated): "There are issues logging you in. There seems to be a problem with your identity provider. Please wait a moment and try again."
Hi @Steve
This is the fastest way
https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
Once you fill in the details, you should see the option to start a live chat with a live person.
If not, just creat the ticket with appropriate priority.
It might be the fastest way. But for creating a support ticket or use the live chat we need to log in - I did not see any other option. Which does not work as there is the same issue when logging into Confluence or Jira. Creating a new account only leads to this community I guess. Is there no other way? I filled out a cancellation form and asked for support there but there was no response.
