Rovo agent generated Confluence Page using inline url smart link

I have automation setup in confluence where the output of a rovo agent is converted to a confluence page once a week for jira status for the team. I would really like all Jira URLS on that page to show up as inline urls automatically so that it shows the title, status etc.  But the automatically generated page only shows them as normal vanilla urls.

Any idea if there is a way to mass convert the urls to show up as inline urls or maybe i can have the Rovo agent generate the url in a format that makes confluence see them as inline urls. Help!.
