Roll out or Copy Pages/Foldes between multiple clients (Spaces)

Hi, I'm wondering what the best approach to keep content updated between spaces.

I have a template in one space, and I need to keep another 5 spaces up to date.

So far I found the solution as "page macro".
Is there any plugin that meets this requirement? Or some other way?

A simple way to do this is with the "include" macro.  If you create page 1 with all the content you need, you can put "include page 1" macro on pages 2, 3, 4 and 5.  When you amend page 1, then 2, 3, 4 and 5, will all reflect all the changes the next time they are loaded or refreshed.
