Roles and Permissions

I can't seem to figure out how to create teams in Confluence.

I know that I can set permissions for individuals because they are users in my Confluence group, but it takes too long to add individuals to every page etc.. 

How do I create a team, so I only have to set permissions for that entire group in confluence?
