Hello,
I am thinking of using Confluence and have a question about restricting others from creating folders. I understand they are technically not folders but is there a way I can restrict people from creating new folders like pages? I want people to just create/edit/delete pages in the folder structure that I create and not modify the structure.

Page creation rights are tied to the permission to create pages within the space. There's no way to stop people creating pages if you have given them the permission to create pages.
Hi Nic,
Thank you so much for replying. Am I correct to understand that this is what you meant -

Confluence does not have "folders", you are talking about pages.
