Dear Community,
I am trying to disable the onboarding welcome screen for a new user in Confluence Cloud as well as in Jira Software Cloud.
I found the following article but the module cannot be disabled because no option available at Cloud side:
Anyone knows a way to do because wanted to avoid any initial guidance to avoid annoying actions of new user?
Thanks in advance
Sutha

I do not believe it is possible for Cloud. Many have requested it.
Thanks @Shawn Doyle - ReleaseTEAM . I opened a ticket with Atlassian support and let's see what they say ;-).
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
I received an answer from Atlassian Support that for the moment there is no option available at console level to deactivate that option and a feature request is already submitted:
That's said, the support engineer proposed me that they could disable it on site level using their internal process.
This change would affect any migrated and new users.
I confirmed to do because that setting is disabled on all Atlassian products hosted internally.
Confirm that the welcome screen is gone and landing to the home page straightforward.
I hope that would work for Jira but not the case.
That's said, I am already happy this could be done by contacting Atlassian Support.
