Resolution problem

Tsvetomir Matov
February 3, 2014

Hello,

how is it possible that the filter

"project = MYPROJECT and resolution = Fixed and status = Closed and resolutiondate is not EMPTY"

returns 0 tickets as a result and the

"project = MYPROJECT and resolution = Fixed and status = Closed and resolutiondate is EMPTY"

one returns 32 tickets.

Accourding to this documtnation

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOCSPRINT/Resolved,+Resolution+and+Resolution+Date

the "... the Resolution Date will only be empty if there is no value at all in the Resolution field ..." ?

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Hi Jobin,

How was the resolution populated on those issues? Maybe plugins, or directly in DB?
