How can I reset a client's password for them?

Hi @Teagan Lowe

Welcome to the community!

If you are using LDAP integrated with Confluence for Authentication purpose then you need to reset/change the password from the LDAP itself.

If you are using Confluence Internal Directory then the user itself will find an option to reset the password from user Profile --> password.
