Requirements Gathering Template In JIRA

I have a google docs with my requirements gathering template. So, whenever a person is creating a task for me, the template which is created should automatically be generated so that in the JIRA ticket itself I have the requirements gathering also.

Please let me know if this is possible.

My apologies, but I'm not quite following what you're asking for.

Templates in Confluence can be created and then each time you create a page in Confluence you can choose to use that template. However, it's not connected to Google Docs and I'm not sure how you would set that up.

Jira issues do not use Confluence templates, and so if you want to use a different set of requirements for a Jira issue in this project, then you need to make sure to set up the fields properly on your Create Issue screen.

If you can be a bit more specific on what you need this template to do and how you expect it will work, we can try to answer your question.
