Hello, Atlassian Support Team!

My Confluence cloud site was deactivated due to inactivity on April 26, 2026. Unfortunately the primary on our account missed the notification email, and I would like to request recovery if the site is still within the retention period.

Site URL: https://covalence.atlassian.net/

This site contains important project data and documentation. Please let me know if it can still be restored.

Thank you very much for your assistance.

Kind regards,
Kristen

Hello @Kristen

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

We are a user community and don't have access to restore your site.

The people who have billing access to your site may be able to restore it by going to https://admin.atlasdian.com/billing and finding the subscription on the Subscriptions page under the Inactive tab.

You can also reach out to Atlassian Billing Support for assistance through the following page:

https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/

Hi @Kristen

You can try to reach atlassian with a no-login option.

Login troubles? (No‑login path)

If you can’t access your account to open a ticket, use this no‑login path:

  1. Visit our support page: https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact

  2. Select “Pricing, billing and licensing.”

  3. Continue without logging in.

  4. Enter your email.

  5. In “How can we help you,” select “Other.”

  6. Skip the URL fields if they don’t apply.

  7. Describe your issue in “Your Question.” This will open a ticket with Atlassian Support.
