Hi Atlassian Support Team,
I received a notification that our Confluence app on richconnect.atlassian.net is being deactivated due to inactivity.
I would like to continue using this site and request your immediate assistance to reactivate the Confluence subscription and prevent any data loss.
I can still see the space name via the Atlassian Admin portal and can see the existing spaces, so I believe the data is still intact.
