Report - Workflow Status Macro suddenly stopped populating children pages

We have a number of Parent Buckets for Organizing Quarterly Review Requests. For example, 2022 Q4 is a parent of 200+ children pages, 2023 Q1 is a parent of 200+ parent pages. We use the workflow report macro to populate a list of all the child pages under each Quarterly bucket so we can extract a CSV and use it to populate an external dashboard. Recently all of the children pages stopped populating under our 2023 Q1 Parent Bucket. What types of changes would cause all the Workflow Report macros to stop populating children? It appears the linkage between the parent/child relationship is restored once a child is edited. There weren't any patches or upgrades deployed to our confluence server.
