Removing Okta integration from Confluence

Hello and thanks in advance.

We have integrated okta sso with our atlassian subscription (I was not involved and don't know how this was done, those people are gone). I am following guidance online and via AI prompting to find the instructions to remove this, but they all point me to a section of the admin console that doesn't exist (eg: "Admin settings")

Can anyone provide me with current 2024 instructions?

Can you just disconnect it? https://support.atlassian.com/provisioning-users/docs/disconnect-your-identity-provider/
