Removing/Editing a locked page created by user no longer active

We have documents that have been locked by a user no longer with the company, which need to be updated or deleted, but this is not possible as it is locked

Hi @Lianne Edelman is part of the personal space of the user which is no longer part of your company or part of another space?

If it's part of another space - space admin or confluence admin should get access to the page and should also be able give you write/edit permissions.

If it's part of the personal space this may become a bit tricky.... that's something we are trying to handle. You can find several options here to handle user delete and disable.

Hi Lianne,

find a space administrator and he can access the list of all restricted pages in that space: Space settings > Permissions >Restricted Pages. 

From there he can edit the restrictions as well.
