Our organization is mainly based around JIRA, with little or no use of confluence currently. In spite of this, we are seeing the following events occur:
- Users are attempting to sign up for a confluence account based on either accessing a link or an email invite
- Our mailbox is getting spammed with confluence emails and notifications.
At the moment this is creating problems for us with, with user management and license allocation proving problematic.
Is there an ability to do the following:
- Revoke access for the users who have gained access to confluence
- Stop sending out extra invites to confluence
- Stop the email spam from notifications and user sign ups
