Confluence 6.7.1 server version
We had experimented with using a JIRA server for user management on our confluence server. However, probably due to our complicated proxying structure, we did not succeed.
The result is that now I cannot get to the Web interface of confluence (login loop, see https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/cannot-login-to-confluence/qaq-p/756323).
So I want to remove the definition of the JIRA user server for confluence. On the JIRA side this was no problem, but on the confluence side, as I don't have access to the application in the browser, I need a CLI way to do this. Where is this server defined in the configuration files?

The directory configurations are in the database, not in a config file. Shut down Confluence, then do this before starting it back up.
This details disabling non-local directories in the database. Do not attempt to delete the directory, only disable it. These instructions are for Jira but should also apply to Confluence.

You will then need to log in with a local admin account.
The quoted page asserts that the internal directory has always the id 1. However mine has the id 98305. Could this be relevant?
