Redesigning a team Confluence Space

Morning! I have been tasked with redesigning our team documentation, starting with Confluence, but I'm not sure of the structure I want yet. 

If I create a documentation system within my own personal space, would it be possible to copy/paste it over to the team space at-large and replace the old infrastructure, once we find a format and organization we like?

Hello,

You can move or copy pages or page trees between spaces. Just select a top-level page and click on 3 dots in the top right corner, your options for moving should be at the bottom.
