I have mistakenly deleted a Space from Confluence as i was trying to do a zip import of an Instant ISO27001 instance. The deleted space is no longer in trash unfortunately. Is there any way that Atlassian can recover this space for us?

In addition to what @Nikola Perisic has correctly pointed out, you (everyone) should be aware that Atlassian Cloud customers are responsible for backing up their data.
To do that, you have two choices:
Manually run Atlassian in-product backups (currently in beta for Cloud Enterprise customers only; unsupported by Atlassian at this time; AFAIK Atlassian has not revealed a long-term plan about this capability) .
