Recommended emails: two of the selections indicated below do not work properly.

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Our users have been noticed that cannot change the settings clicking on the highlighted "buttons" at the end of the recommended e-mail, and they view the message that you see in fig. 2.

Moreover, from the "Manage Notifications" , the "M" letter is not visible as you notice...
Please let me know, which could be the solution.
