Can we omit pages, for example,
pages starting with ARCH
@Biljana Custovic According to the page on the Recent Updates macro (https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/insert-the-recent-updates-macro/), you can filter the list by a label or user who made updates, but I don't see a way to filter based on the title of the page.
HI @Biljana Custovic and welcome to the Community.
There are options how to hide (remove from view) specific pages in Confluence.
Can you provide more details?

Thank you for your response.
The pages that are obsolete are renamed with ARCH in front (for example: Update Signature -> ARCH Update Signature). These pages are moved under Archived folder. I don't want to see them in recently updated pages. TIA

@Biljana Custovic According to this page https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/archive-pages/ :
What happens when an item is archived
Archiving an item removes it from your content tree and stores it in the archive. It does not fully delete your content, it just changes access to the item, as described:
Archived content is excluded from quick search and analytics to keep those functions focused and relevant. However, there's an option to include archived content in an advanced search.
Links to archived items will still work. These links will have an “Archived” lozenge next to it, letting users know it’s a link to an archived item.
Archiving an item disables certain actions, some of which include editing, commenting, and liking the item. This is designed to preserve the state of items at the time they’re archived. To get this functionality back, simply restore the items from the archive.
It doesn't specifically say anything about archived pages being picked up as results in a macro, but maybe if the recent update to the page is "it was archived" counts? Are you seeing these pages in the results when you use the Recent Updates macro?
I found this related post, which may help answer your question, but the linked-to post is not available to me: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Confluence-questions/Is-there-a-macro-to-display-a-list-of-Archived-Pages/qaq-p/2718755

Hi, @Biljana Custovic
That's exactly what often happens in Confluence Cloud because of the lack of customization 😔
I've tried to come up with a solution using the app we're developing, and I think it matches your request perfectly.
It's a customizable user macro where you can exclude and include certain content via parameters.
Looks good, works perfectly
If you need any help to proceed with that, I'll be indeed happy to assist.
