Recent space activity is not at all being updated in Confluence, ( data center)

I have a confluence space and it is not being updated for any recent space activity for my account or any other user.  it is blank and same is the case with space contributors. No name is being shown in contributors also.

Please provide solution at earliest.

Hi @pooja nandal What version of Confluence are you using? Is the space restricted in any way via Space Permissions or Page Restrictions?

Do you have this issue with 1 space only or with all spaces?

Thank you for your reply.
The current confluence version we are using is 

• Atlassian Confluence 7.13.11  and yes the space has restrictions "Only some people can view or edit."
