Blog posts up to 13th April are showing on screens using the Blog Posts macro. More recent posts can be found by browsing the blog from within a space, but the Blog Posts macro only shows posts up to the 13th April. This affects all spaces.

Did you already try to rebuild the content indices? If this shouldn't help, you probably need to rebuild the indices from scratch.
