Receiving email notifications even though I no longer View a calendar

Hey there, I mistakenly clicked on View a calendar from another team in our company and even though I STOPPED watching it, I still receive the email notifications. Any tips on how to stop receiving these? Can't even seem to be able to create a ticket since it tells me I am giving Atlassian a wrong URL... Pls help...

It's possible that you watching the page and it still notifies you if there are any changes.
