Re-ordering Layout

In the new editor on Confluence, when I use the "Layout" tool to order pages I find that I cannot arrange the order.

1.  I am finding the new page layout tools to be the most frustrating.  The exact issue here of not being able to move sections - that was one of the BEST things about the old editor.  I purposely used sections ALOT b/c I could re-order / rearrange after the initial brainstorming.  Please bring this back!

2.  Also, dumping the macro for "Panel" and forcing everyone to use "Info" macro....okay - I can live with that....but not without being able to adjust the width of that macro.

3.  Last thing for this Page Layout discussion - being able to adjust the width of the "divider" (horizontal rule/line).  The pages look weird w/o being able to do it and those horizontal rules (dividers) are very handy for breaking up a page's content.
