Hello, there
Somehow, I found disk space error and memory warning logs in my Conflunece Server. Not knowing how to fix it, I bought another license and successfully installed in another server. Confluence is a wonderful software! This time, I don't have memory and disk space issues.
But I have a problem. I could not reinstall this <SEN-******57> license successfully. Since I had disk space error, I tried to install it on another server. The installation proceeded smoothly until I got an error message at the last moment. After the database settings, the installation runs to the last step. Then, I have an error page 405 or 403. When I recall the page, it shows pages of error message. I don't know what it means.
How can I reinstall my Confluence? Could this be the issue of server ID change? I tried to find Server ID page to change its number, but couldn't find the page in my account.
How can I handle this?
Hi @Hansun YANG ,
Please check the catalina log for more details on what might be causing the issue. As a workaround try launching the app from command line by running the start-confluence.bat file available under confluence>bin
-Bibek
thanks for your advice. In fact, I deleted all the failed installation. I'd like to try a clean installation in a new server.
I'd like to know one things: the current license was issued in my first try on A-server. But now I'd like to install it on B-server. So can I use my current license number (which was issued in the first try on A-Server) on B-server? Or should I change the license number? If I should, where? Or isn't server-ID critical issue, as long as my license is valid?
thanks

o-ho! Then let me try with this license on a different server. I wish I could get it done.
thanks

I'm pleased to tell you that I've succeeded in reinstallation! You're right. the server-ID is nothing to do with the error. Anyhow, it's wonderful day!
