We are a user community and do not have the ability to restore your subscription.
If you had a free subscription and there was no activity in it for 120 consecutive days then Atlassian has a documented policy about deactivating inactive subscriptions.
If you had a paid subscription and the payment process failed, Atlassian has a policy about deactivating such subscriptions.
In both cases multiple emails are sent to the Organization Admins and other contacts for the subscriptions.
After deactivation the data is held for a limited period of time to give the customer a chance to reactivate the subscription. After that period expires the data is permanently deleted.
If you want to work directly with Atlassian to figure out if your subscription can be restored, complete the form at the following site to contact their Billing/Licensing/Purchasing support team.

Please check if you received an email from Atlassian stating that your organization will be deactivated.
