Quickstart button ovelaps Save button for comments on confluence articles

Quickstart button overlaps Save comment button always since last update.
See attached screenshots.
How i can remove quickstart button at all?

Solution is found: after all checksboxes in quickstart panel dismiss qs is allowed.

Have you logged in to your Confluence for the very 1st time, since Atlassian offers quickstart guide to the users who have registered to the site.

This is also the case for Jira.
