Questions about the Mysql character set

When can I support utf8mb4, the problem I am facing now is that I can't insert an emoticon in the document, and I will get an error if I insert the emoticon.
Incorrect string value: '\xF0\x9F\x98\x82\xF0\x9F

Trying to install the latest version will not help

Thank you for your answer. I have read these documents before and can't solve my problem. I just want to know if confluence does not support utf8mb4.

Confluence supports MySQL..

And MySQL is able to use utf8mb4, so if everything is set correctly in your database there should not be a problem. If there is any (and you are using supported versions and have active maintenence) I suggest to get all the logs and contact Atlassian support to help verify if this is really a problem with utf8mb4..
