Question about Jira - Test case management

In the page:

in section "5. Custom Fields", there is a table of information.
The table has a column called 'Field Name'. It has three values. However, two (1 and 3) of them are same - "Steps To Complete". I think it's incorrect.

Then, my question what should the field names be?

OK, field 1 should be 'Actual Outcome'.

Please correct the doc.
