Question: Confluence whiteboard shows "Something went wrong" error - cannot open

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Our Confluence whiteboard is broken and cannot be opened.Error code: cfb7f360a57445738d789ffc20404f73
Steps taken:
- Hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R) - no effect
- Tried different browsers - same error
- Created a copy of the whiteboard - copy also broken
Is there any way to restore the content or fix this issue?
