Querys fors JIRA and Confluence for not existing field, Workflows, Sites and so on

Hello,

how can i resolve our actuall problem, that we don´t have a possibililty to see on an easy way on JIRA which fields, Workflows, schemes we do not use and dont need anymore?

The same at Confluence, how can i see for example not used sites or sites which used the last 6 months?

We haven access to our Postgre 9.6 DB which contains the JIRA and Confluence data.

My goal is, to have an simple "Dashboard" or Querys to analyse these topics.
