I changed the Mobile Phone, the old one is not more in my possession, and I must register again the QR Code in the Google Authenticator, how can I do? How can receive againg the related QR Code?

When you registered the first tome your account with 2FA a recovery key has been provided. If you have it you can enter that key and go ahead with new registration within you new phone, otherwise you can use the following article https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/login-issues-related-to-two-step-verification/ or contact Atlassian support https://support.atlassian.com/
