Maybe a stupid question, but is there an opportunity to create a page like an test. 

Simple to create a page with some questions and possible answers and when you finish this side you can click on send and the page will show you if you are correct or wrong. Or at least shows the correct answers.

Hello @Fabian Sieg , as a native functionality, Confluence doesn't really have this. Main purpose is to create asynchronous documentation for your teams. However, you can try apps like IZI for Confluence and see how it works for you.
