Hello there!
I have a struggle making a Knowledge base in my Confluence space. I need to make the space public, available to view by all visitors and users.
I know about the Public links option but it doesn't work on my side, it says "Your organization prevents the use of public links in this space" but as Admin I can't find the settings related to Public links. Can you help me to find it?
Also there is an Anonymous access, and I'd like to clarify how does it work: will it provide an access for all visitor or it's just simply make all (visitors, users, team members) view the space without sharing data of who's been watching the space?
P.S. - Why the support chat doesn't work all the time??? Our organization use a paid plan... but still that looks weird
Hi
I could feel the pain you intake on the page access granting.
We have options to get this fixed:
If you wish that only set of users want to view the page - You can perform that via Restrictions which is available in the top right hand corner upon clicking on ellipsis "..."
We have an option called - People who can view t -he page
Some organizations not allow to change these restrictions
Kindly refer the below link to best understand

Hope this helps
Thank you very much and have a fantastic day!
Warm regards
