Public link toggle is not showing in my Confluence settings, suggestions?

I tried following the instructions here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/ge/public-links-979425312.html 

But, public links is not an option in my settings?

Any suggestions?

Same on my side... the setting option for "Public links" was working yesterday; today, it's not appearing anymore.

I fixed mine by contacting support, they were able to enable it for me
