Being a paid user i don't find public link option under share page. 

I have enabled the anonymous user view access also yet still not able to share to anonymous users

You can't have public links while anonymous access is enabled (and I seem to remember public links can't be enabled at the moment if you didn't enable them a while ago).  Which one do you want to use?
