Product Requirements blueprint doesn't show up on regular space and doesn't load in software space.

Currently, I use Jira and Confluence together to track projects. I have a team space, but cannot find the product requirements blueprint. 2 questions:

1. Are product requirements blueprints only available for software spaces? If it is available for other spaces, I don't see it in the blueprints in "create from template" or "manage blueprints". I have already tried to disable and enable the plugins from the manage apps.

2. I have a software space but when I click on create product requirement, it just stays on the create prompt and nothing loads.

Hi @Jessica Zhang,

1) Global templates/blueprints  are available for all the spaces. So it if these templates are enabled you should be able to use them in any space. Make sure you enabled them

2) There might be an error - Do you see any errors in the logs while loading this page? If yes can you post the error?
