I'm trying to implement the following solution:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/conf74/running-confluence-behind-nginx-with-ssl-1003129520.html

I'm unable to get it to pass through to the confluence instance from NGINX. I get an "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED" message. I have confirmed through scans that my firewall is allowing the NGINX connections but do not see the Confluence connections. I confirmed that my firewall has allowed ports 8090 and 8443 in the configuration. I'm on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS and am using UFW for my firewall solution.
