Problems with Gliffy and Gliffy export to PDF and Word.

Having problems with Gliffy. Some of the drawings I've made are not included when I export to PDF/Word. The again, some are. I'm also having problems in viewing drawings from the library. Can't see them in any overview or similar.

Hi Hans, I'm sorry you're not able to export right now!

Would it be possible for you to provide screenshots and more specifics to our team at support@gliffy.com? I'm not aware of Confluence Cloud users experiencing similar issues when exporting from within Gliffy, so I don't have a set of troubleshooting steps for you to try right away. 

However, if you're exporting the entire page from Confluence and not seeing your diagram appear, that might be a function we have in the works. 😊  I'm not sure why you'd be seeing some and not others, though, so that's an interesting detail.

Either way, the folks at support will be able to give you a hand! Thanks for your help in making sure we can get this solved for you!
