We have an offshore user using a Citrix VM and when she tries to launch Confluence she receives a blank page with only the Confluence icon. We are using cloud version. As an admin was able to use the Login as User and Confluence works fine on my computer. Anyone else encounter similar issue?

I would first ensure that the following IP ranges and domains are accessible from her VM:
You can also have her check Developer Tools in her browser in order to determine what is being blocked.
