Problems creating a Decision Report Macro from multiple pages

I'm trying to create a Decision Report macro that pulls from different pages within my space.  When I set up the macro 'Decision Report' and select my 'space', I want to be able to select all of the Parent Pages and subpages within that space.  It does pull from one of my pages, but not pulling all items classified as Decisions that exist across the other pages.  Can anyone help advise as to what I'm doing wrong?

Hi @brooke.clem 

By selecting the space(s) in the settings of the Decision report Macro, it will pull the decisions from all pages withing that space.

Have you converted all of your pages in the Space to the new editor?
