Problem with license update

I bought a new license and i am trying to upload it and this happens

Hello,

I've removed your screenshot because it contains a license key and you don't want to share this publicly because other users could use your key to license their Confluence instance.

Could you go to my.atlassian.com and re-obtain the license key from there and let me know if that one works?
