Hello Michael,
Thank you for reaching out!
There are a few requirements for your Confluence server in order to use with the mobile app. Have a look below:
I would advise you to review all points carefully on that article. Let me know if you have any questions about it.

Hello Shannon,
the iPhone is on the local Network, Confluence is Version 6.13.1, we use no mdm and https works on safari on this phone.
I dont understand why it works on android without problems and with iOS not.

Michael

Michael,
Thank you for confirming. It can be that the iOS app is being more strict or that you have discovered a bug, so let's try to get to the bottom of this.
So to confirm your last response, you are using HTTPS for your site? Can you let me know if you are using a self-signed SSL?
And according to the article, 'Can't connect to your site' error in the Confluence Server mobile app, there should be more details following the 'Can't connect to your site' error.
Could you let me know what the full error is? Feel free to also include a screenshot of the message as it appears on your iOS device.
Regards,
Shannon

Hello Shannon,
yes i use htttps with a certificate from our Windows CA.
I import the rootca to iOS 12.2 and set it to trust.
If i try to connect via safari on the same iPhone it works without certification error.
I don`t get a security connection error from the app!
Regard
Michael

Hi Michael,
Thank you for clarifying that. It appears this might be due to the fact that you're using a Windows CA rather than a Trusted CA.
Could you please run through this article below as this should help get the certificate trusted by Java:
Thank you!

Shannon
