Problem on confluence with Persian language

Hello

I've a problem on confluence for use Persian language to a guide that causes a problem when I type a persian word and see ??? characters. I've found a solution for that with /admin/encodingtest.action path and after run this page will be solved except page title.

It was first problem , and second problem es after edit page again all characters change to ??? and I should run /admin/encodingtest.action page again !

Please help me for fix both problems

From what I understand, you're running the encoding test, and your issue with Persian words is resolved after you do that. But then if you edit the page again, it comes back. Is that right?

The encoding test doesn't fix anything - it's actually just a test to help you identify any issues with encoding. If you're encountering issues with encoding, you want to make sure to review the article here:

• Configuring Character Encoding 

The encoding will need to be UTF-8 across the board. This includes your host server, database server, tables, etc.

Please take your time to review your site's encoding, including the database encoding. If you still have any issues,  please include the following details to help us identify your problem:

1. Your Confluence version
2. Screenshots of the problem occurring
3. Results of the encoding test
4. Information about your database (including version)
5. A copy of the information on your System Information page (NOTE: Please hide any private information using markdown on your image prior to sharing on Community, as this is a public forum.)
